Upon confirmation that step one has been completed request for official letter of invite (which comes with scheduled time and date) as signed by our legal desk.
Entrance into the office may be declined if contract, commercial invoice or SPA has reached expiry and so must be renewed before invitation is issued as regards to terms of agreement signed.
LETTER OF INVITATION IS PROCESSED WITHIN 48-72 HOURS MINIMUM DURING WEEKDAYS CUSTOMERS ARE THEREFORE GIVEN BOOKED DATES UPON READINESS OF THEIR ALLOCATIONS
